From a factory in Dehua, China – birthplace of Blanc de Chine and simultaneously conferred the status of World Porcelain City, World Heritage Site and National Civilised City. – to the world. In spite of how much has changed, we’ve never lost sight of our roots, continually building on traditional ceramics techniques to create better, more innovative products.

Origins of Purity

We begin with the preparation of the finest raw materials: silky clay that is ground, sieved, demagnetised and filtered to our exacting standards.

Shaped to Perfection

A clay base is shaped in artisan-designed 3D plaster moulds, and then placed in an automated kiln for the initial biscuit-firing process, which takes place at 800 degrees Celsius.

Developing Character

A Sense of Completion

Finished wares are inspected thoroughly for quality assurance. If they meet our high standards, they are packed and then delivered to our exclusive service partners or direct to customers.

Our Factory In Dehua

100% owned by Luzerne Pte Ltd, our factory is where we make all our products from start to finish. Our strategic location in Dehua, China, comes as no surprise for the charming county is historically the birthplace of Blanc de Chine. Dehua also holds several accolades such as The World Porcelain City and The National Civilised City Award conferred by the Chinese government. In 2021, its kilns were ceremoniously inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
