A Legacy in Porcelain: Celebrating 60 Years of Singapore
From its humble beginnings as a fishing village to its rise as a global metropolis, Singapore has come a long way.
To celebrate the nation’s 60th birthday, Luzerne proudly unveils the SG60 Diamond Collection — a meaningful collaboration with artist Professor Ng.
A thoughtful tribute to Singapore’s journey, this collection tells a story of six decades filled with courage, transformation, and a shared identity captured in handcrafted ceramic tableware.
In Every Stroke, a Story Unfolds
The SG60 Diamond Collection comes to life through the brush strokes of Associate Professor Ng Woon Lam, a Singaporean artist known for blending the fluidity of Chinese ink with the depth and texture of Western watercolour.
A member of both the National and American Watercolor Societies, Professor Ng brings a rare sensitivity to the work. His art doesn’t just depict milestones — it evokes the emotional memory of Singapore’s nation-building journey.

SG60 Diamond Plate
A striking 50cm centrepiece created in a limited edition of just 60 pieces — each with a unique rhyming backstamp, commemorating Singapore’s 60-year journey.
A fundraising initiative by Luzerne, in collaboration with Community Chest, this design features six iconic images that symbolise defining moments in our nation’s history. As a gesture of appreciation, 10 plates will be presented to the top 10 donors.
Own a Piece of the Nation’s Story
SG60 is more than a celebration — it’s a call to unite in support of the communities that shape our nation’s journey. The collection forms an artistic tapestry for the dining table, with each piece illustrating a milestone in Singapore’s rise from strength to strength.
Be among the first to own this limited-edition collection — now available for pre-order. Perfect for gifting or commemorating our shared heritage, this collector’s design is a thoughtful tribute to the nation.

Honouring Heritage, Then and Now
Luzerne has been evoking art to honour heritage while supporting a good cause.
In 2015, to mark Singapore’s Golden Jubilee, we collaborated with Community Chest and Professor Ng to raise nearly $500,000 through the auction of 50 commemorative plates.
A heartfelt gesture, rooted in our belief that artistry can—and should—serve a greater purpose.
